UK Shipping: We partner with Evri to deliver your beauty and skincare favorites right to your door. Delivery times typically range from 2-5 working days after dispatch. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping: For our international customers, we use Royal Mail to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and options will be provided at checkout.
Dispatch Times: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love every purchase from Velvet Bloom, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can either:
1. Email us with a photo of the damaged item and a brief explanation of the issue.
2. Alternatively, you can return the item by mail. Simply email us with your reason for return, and we will provide instructions for sending the product back.
Once we’ve received your return or verified the damage via photo, we will issue a full refund or process an exchange—whichever you prefer.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g., wrong shade or product), please email us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days once the return has been confirmed.
